Phil Wiseberg and Ryan Myers recently defended a wrongful death/product liability suit involving a motor vehicle accident where the decedent’s estate sued a local truck and trailer installation company for over $5 million, obtaining a defense verdict of no liability for the firm’s client. This was one of the first jury trials conducted in Palm Beach County since the pandemic.

WLC lawyers Jim Williams, Lee Baggett and Phil Wiseberg attended FIFEC’s June 2017 insurance fraud seminar in Orlando, which the firm sponsored.
On May 31, 2017, Attorney Chioma Deere co-presented a CJE on Effective Courtroom Management of Electronic Discovery to the 15th Judicial Circuit judges with the Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Committee of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Community Involvement
Thank you to all that contributed to the Elev8Hope Thanksgiving collection! As you can see from the pictures, this organization serves a large number families in the Martin County area. Together with other ALA members, we donated 70 turkeys and 30 baskets to Elev8Hope.
