Litigation Paralegal
We seek a skilled litigation paralegal with the professionalism and experience to benefit your colleagues and clients. Ours is a firm that respects this pivotal position and the individual that fills it. This is true of attorneys and clients. Both understand and appreciate the importance of your role.
Manage files across the full litigation lifecycle from intake by the firm, through settlement and trial.
Expectations
- Three years or more litigation experience. This is a requirement.
- Ours is the strong preference and weighting for Insurance Defense Bodily Injury experience.
- Excellent computer skills across Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat are fundamental.
- Experience with Time Matters is a plus.
- Actionable knowledge of federal and state court procedures is a must.
- Well-orchestrated deadline and document management and control are key to your success.

The successful Property Damage Attorney joins an AV Preeminent® rated growing civil trial firm. Be domiciled in our Northern Palm Beach, Stuart, and Treasure Coast office. Notably, the law firm is amid ongoing expansion plans.
