Philip Wiseberg graduated from The College of William & Mary in 2001 with a B.A. in Government. He graduated with his law degree from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Wiseberg was a board and trial team member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and was a summer intern at both the State Attorney’s Office for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and the Fourth District Court of Appeals.

After law school, Mr. Wiseberg worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. As an ASA, Mr. Wiseberg tried over 75 jury trials ranging from misdemeanor and traffic crime cases to violent felony offenses. Mr. Wiseberg’s final assignment at the State Attorney’s office was as a prosecutor in the COMBAT/Organized Crime Unit handling pill mill, prescription fraud, and large scale narcotic and gang RICO prosecutions.

As a Partner, Mr. Wiseberg now primarily handles the defense of first party and third party bodily injury claims with a focus on special investigation and fraud claims from pre-suit through trial. Mr. Wiseberg has presented to various automobile insurance carriers on relevant topics in the field of automobile accident litigation. Mr. Wiseberg is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the US District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA) and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
