William (Bill) Foman graduated from Johnson C. Smith University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In May 2001, he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Bill began his law career as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office in Palm Beach County. As a prosecutor, he tried over 30 cases in domestic battery divisions. In 2003, Bill left the prosecutor’s office and began his career in private practice.

Since leaving government service, Mr. Foman’s career has been focused on personal injury law, which has included automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents and work-related accidents and injuries. He has represented hundreds of individuals and businesses who have found themselves facing claims and law suits. He is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in state court and administrative courts throughout Florida. Mr. Foman joined Williams, Leininger & Cosby, P.A. in 2015. He focuses primarily on defending PIP claims.

Mr. Foman is a member of the Florida Bar. In his spare time, Mr. Foman volunteers with your charities. A father of 4 boys, he served many years as a scout leader for Boy Scouts of America. Since 2017 he has served as a chairman for Leadership Palm Beach County’s GROW program, guiding high school juniors through a one year leadership program.
