Morgan T. Gieser is a New York native, born and raised in the suburbs of Long Island. She relocated to Naples, Florida in 2020. Morgan received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America in 2016. While completing her undergraduate degree, Morgan was the captain of her collegiate softball team and an intern on Capitol Hill.

Morgan attended law school at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and graduated in 2019. During her tenure at Hofstra, Morgan was the President of the Student Bar Association in addition to an Articles Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal.

Currently, Morgan is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Hofstra University, and she coaches students who compete for the Dispute Resolution Society. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and numerous federal courts.

Prior to joining Williams, Leininger & Cosby, P.A., Morgan practiced labor and employment law. She represented companies of all sizes in a wide range of labor and employment law matters. Morgan also has experience in insurance defense work, defending clients in a wide array of general liability matters. At WLC, Morgan continues to vigorously defend insurance companies in property damage cases.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys the beautiful Florida beaches and coaching softball at the Community School of Naples.
