Carri Leininger is Board Certified in Appellate Practice and is the head of WLC’s appellate and insurance coverage practice groups. She routinely handles appeals, insurance coverage disputes, first party medical claims, and complex presuit matters.

She graduated from the University of Florida in 1987 and is a 1990 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Leininger has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. She has served as appellate counsel in both state and federal courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the United States. She was co-counsel for the State of Florida before the United States Supreme Court in Sole v. Wyner that resulted in a 9-0 reversal in favor of her client.

Ms. Leininger is the Director of the Christmas Angel Project. She coordinates the efforts of Faith Lutheran Church, Faith Lutheran School and the Association of Legal Administrative Professionals (ALA) in gathering Christmas gifts for the students at Peppi Head Start Preschool children in Belle Glade, Florida. Ms. Leininger also serves on the Board of Directors for The Michelle McGann Fund, an organization that provides support to patients diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.
