Bryan McLaughlin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clearwater Christian College in 2005. Thereafter, he graduated magna cum laude from the Florida State College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Bryan clerked for the Florida Department of Corrections and the Agency for Workforce Innovation.

For the first nine years of his legal career, Bryan practiced commercial litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various matters including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, probate disputes, title insurance disputes, HOA disputes, construction disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes. Bryan has been practicing in the field of insurance defense for the last 3 years, and he recently joined the firm in 2019. At WLC, Bryan is continuing to vigorously represent defendants in a broad range of practice areas including vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, roadway construction accidents, construction defects, real estate broker negligence, medical malpractice, and first party claims.

Bryan is a member of the Florida Bar, the Martin County Bar Association, and the Justice Major B. Harding American Inn of Court. He is admitted to practice in the Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida. Bryan is also proud to be a lifelong resident of Martin County.
